Step 1 – Set Out

Fix the J-Bar to the wall reinforcement set-out locations.

Step 2 – Install Chairs

Attach reinforcement chairs to maintain required concrete cover.

Step 3 – Position Reinforcement

Place horizontal reinforcement bars into the engineered notch locations.

Step 4 – Complete Steel Fixing

Install remaining reinforcement and tie bars as specified by the engineer.

Step 5 – Inspection & Formwork

Complete engineer inspection and proceed directly to formwork installation.
